... So I - well, even if this lasted forever I think I'd accept it, but I'm okay like this. But - um, are you okay? If you look like that but the color of your hair changed, did you become a vampire?
Oh, ah... yes. That seems to be the nature of things, right now. I admit that I didn't know much about vampires before this—only a little bit I'd learned from Requiem, really. The... death part of it was a little surprising.
I'd definitely prefer fluffy ears, but it's all sort of... pretend, after all.
Hmm... [ she taps a finger to her chin ] ...I've never thought about it. Probably one of the dog breeds trained for active work? I like to feel like I'm accomplishing something, after all.
So perhaps a hunting dog, or one of the herding dogs some farmers use—those ones go a little mad if they're not challenged, don't they.

Do they? I don't really know a lot about dogs... Even after turning into one so he could see what I looked like, I'm still not really sure what kind I am . . .
But you like being active, don't you? And you're good with other people too, so I think a herding dog would make a lot of sense!
