Demeter: Her words had next to nothing to do with responsibility, and everything to do with attempting define who is and is not an acceptable target in a game. Had she simply highlighted that future is now deserves our sympathy and support, these things I would have given gladly. Instead she has tightened the noose around my children's throats.

Cardigan: Other people have tried similar appeals. She was forced into that position by the units' indifference to anyone but "their friends". She's right. Intensity works harder than anyone when it comes to beating the system, while everyone else meekly behaves between murdering each other.
